Bailey Station Subdivision
Here at Bailey Station we are proud to be one of the premier residential communities in Jefferson County. It is our wish to provide residents, family, friends and future residents the opportunity to get to know who we are as a community. Bailey Station Subdivision is nestled in the hills near the old historic Bailey Railroad Station in Jefferson County and the City of Festus. It was once serviced by the St. Louis Iron Mountain & Southern Railroad back in the mid 1800’s.
Today Bailey Station commemorates the Bailey Railroad Station that was once located there.
One can still hear the sounds of the trains making their way through the area.
# The subdivision is a community of about 270 quality homes and over 40 acres of common ground.
# It is also located within walking distance of West City Park.
# The Homeowners Association is made up of 3 trustees.
